Does it work with any water source?
Yes, we have had great results with ordinary tap, filtered and bottled water around the world. We don't recommend distilled water as it will create small bubble streaks in the ice.
Can you use more than one tray at a time?
No, you can only use one tray at a time in the Phantom.
