Dark 'N' Stormy

The Dark 'N' Stormy is a classic cocktail that is super simple to make and attempts to relocate your mind to a tropical paradise... if you live in the northeastern United States, you need that now more than ever! It was originally invented in Bermuda around the 1920's and the name comes from the "dark" of the black rum contrasting with the "stormy" of the ginger beer. If you are thinking of grabbing just any dark rum to mix this one up you may want to think twice, Gosling's has actually protected this drink with a trademark!

• 2oz Gosling's Black Seal Rum
• 6oz ginger beer
• Ice
• Lime wedge
• Crystallized ginger

Fill a highball glass with ice and pour in ginger beer- we like Fever Tree but Gosling's or Barritt's are also good options. Next squeeze a lime wedge and give it a quick stir. Top off with rum and garnish with crystallized ginger.
