Complete Contest Rules:
Duration: November 6, 2014 to December 3, 2014 (4 weeks)
Entry guidelines: In order to enter the Wintersmiths Cocktail Contest, photos on Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter must include the hashtag “#WintersComing” and the username “@Wintersmiths” in the caption or comment field of the photo (if in comment field, it must be your photo – see usage rights).
Photo selection: Wintersmiths will randomly select a winner from all qualified entries received on Wednesday at 12:30pm EST every week of the contest.
Usage rights: Entrants must have full ownership rights (or licensing rights) for each photo submitted. Any doubt as to usage rights will result in immediate disqualification. Entering a photo into the contest (tagging the photo with “@Wintersmiths” and “#WintersComing”) grants Wintersmiths rights to redistribute the photo on social media and www.wintersmiths.com.
Entries: You are able to enter as many times as you like but it will not increase your chance of winning. Each individual can only have one official entry per week of the contest period.
Prizes: Prizes may not be returned for cash or exchange. Each Weekly Prize Pack includes one Wintersmiths Ice Baller, one Wintersmiths Ice Ball Tube, and one Wintersmiths T-shirt in your preferred size.
Winners: Winners will be announced on the Wintersmiths Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter feeds on the following days at 12:30pm EST: November 12, 2014, November 19, 2014, November 26, 2014, and December 3, 2014. Winners will be alerted via the social media account they used to enter the contest and must then contact hello@wintersmiths.com in order to collect their prize. Winners will be announced across all of Wintersmiths' social networks (Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram). Users who do not contact Wintersmiths by end-of-day on Monday, December 8, 2014, forfeit their prizes.
